How this home windmill makes electricity

Four simple steps - from moving air to light in your home.

1

Wind pushes the curved blades

The blades stand upright and curve around the shaft. Wind from any direction - front, side or behind - catches them and starts the spin. No pointing needed.

2

The vertical shaft spins

The blades turn a straight vertical shaft on smooth 360° bearings. Slow or fast, the spin goes straight down to the machine box.

3

Gear + generator make power

The gear steps up the spin and the DC generator turns it into electricity - the same idea as a bicycle dynamo, made for your roof.

4

Battery stores it for home

A charge controller fills a 12V/24V battery safely. An inverter changes it to normal AC power for lights, fans and phone charging.

Size of one unit

Small enough for a rooftop, strong enough to matter.

Gear + Generator (360° rotating)

The small machine box under the blades does all the heavy work.

What is inside

  • Step-up gear ring that turns slow blade spin into fast generator spin
  • DC generator (3 units for 3 turbines)
  • Sealed 360° rotating bearing and weather cover

Why it fits homes

  • Low noise - the rotor turns slowly and smoothly
  • Works in gusty, changing city wind
  • Safe low-voltage DC output to the battery

DC output.
